Keane Advisors is a consulting and private equity organization engaged in direct equity investments aimed primarily at middle market organizations.

When corporations are undergoing a process of merger or acquisition with (by) another party, they come to Keane Advisors for counsel on the process of bidding, targeting, contract negotiation and other negotiated transfers. The deals we are involved in range from small, independently negotiated transfers of assets or shares to leveraged buyouts and distressed M&A transactions. Our extensive network within financial institutions and government agencies makes us ideal for this service.

The team at Keane Advisors' Logistics and Project Management Group is ideally suited for helping individuals and companies sort out financial issues in a way that will improve their own performance in product delivery, corporate relocation, or risk management. When there is need for connections with capital, the right people, or a vast range of knowledge, we help our clients reach the goals necessary for success.

When the circumstances present themselves, Keane Advisors' real estate division (KA-RED) asserts itself and its resources on behalf of the client in order to make a potential opportunity come to fruition. We seek out exploding real estate markets with quick turn-arounds to investment.
